Real feedback from customers who trusted Herman’s Plumbing & Drains with their homes and businesses.
I could not be more pleased with the job that Herman’s Plumbing & Drains did with the removal and replacement of my water heater. They also brought my water heater install up to code. The employees were courteous, professional and finished in a very short period of time. Great Job !!
Dre with plumbing by far exceeded my expectations. Hard working professional, persistent in getting the job done right. Larry with drywall did a fantastic job patching up and making my house look back to normal. Plus his choice of tunes made my day a little brighter! Thanks Herman's plumbing for hiring these guys.
Excellent Service!!! I highly recommend Josh and his team. They are above board in how they deal with customers. The team navigated a difficult scenario with a bad neighbor to get a shared line repaired quickly and professionally. I will use them again!
Most excellent work, attitude and service by great plumbers! They did several jobs during several days and they were all great! Thank you so very much to Tristan, Walker, Reshawn, Cole, Jevonne and his assistant. What a team! Thanks so much!
Initially had an issue with their dispatcher. A manager did call back and said they would work on training them since they mishandled the initial call. I can't vouch for their work as I ended up going with another plumber but I would give them another shot if I have another issue.
